TimberlandWomen's Ribbed Marled Boot Socks (3 Pairs)

One of the best socks I’ve ever owned. Super soft and warm and very cushiony. Great for boots. Just enough sock at ankle/calf to show above a bootie. Timberland quality. I’d buy 10 more pairs if I did t already have so many socks!

Besides the shipping which a lazy Amazon worker merely slapped a shipping label on the package of socks themselves--unbelievably ridiculous--these socks are fantastic!They're incredibly soft, thick but not too thick, and they're not tight around my calves which I hate.I have a pair of Timberland socks from probably 10 uears ago that look as new today as they did then. They're a completely different material, but attests to Timberland's quality.Trying to remove them from the plastic hanger thing and cutting off the plastic strings holding the 3 pairs together sucked. I made two small pulls in the fabric. Really hope it doesn't create a hole. Hate that the mfg makes them so tight.All in all am very happy I took a chance on them. I ordered more after receiving them, too!

Soft and warm!

If I could rate these 4.5, that's what I would choose, but I rounded up to 5 because these are STILL the only socks I will wear.I've been picky about socks since I was a baby (I'd wail if the fabric was scratchy or if the seam was at the front of the toes rather than across the top of the toes). A few years back, I was wearing bamboo rayon socks, which were great for hot weather, but moderately cushiony boot socks like these ones are my ideal. I found these Timberland socks a few years ago, and I stocked up on about 18 pairs once I realized they checked ALL the boxes for me. Having all the same socks (besides the 2:1 light gray logo text to red logo text) makes it easier to fold laundry, and I know these socks will never feel scratchy or too thin or otherwise uncomfortable. I even threw away my worn-out bamboo socks and started wearing these year-round. I add them to my cart, select "save for later," and wait until Amazon notifies me that the price has dropped so I can catch them at a good deal (below ten is a great deal IMO).The last time I ordered them, I noticed they had changed a bit. The old version has a dark gray label (I just didn't open them after ordering about 6 months ago), and the new version has a white and orange label. The old version was 82% polyester, 15% cotton, 2% spandex, and 1% "other fiber." The new version is 85% polyester, 13% cotton, and 2% spandex. I cannot notice a difference in how they feel, but I can notice a difference in the appearance. The new ones have less of a "heathered" finish, and they're darker overall. That means other people in my household will likely mis-match them when folding, as I'm the only one who notices that level of detail. It's not a deal-breaker for me, especially considering the exceptional comfort of these socks. But it does mean I'll probably have to re-match my socks every time someone else folds the laundry... until I bite the bullet and order a ton of the new style.

Very soft and thick! Great boot socks! I use these as my “walking around the house” socks too!

I originally got a few of these at Marshall’s. From the first time I’ve worn them, I’ve been obsessed. I have multiple lengths and have bought so many pairs. They are the thickest, warmest socks. I recommend them for anyone living in cold weather, who wears boots, or just likes thick comfy socks for walking around the house. They feel very durable too.
