Got my pen with the two initial ink cartridges broken in shipping. Reached out and asked if I could get a replacement. They sent a full ink cartridge refill order! I was not expecting that. Additionally they were quick to respond to my email, and very kind in their response.On top of that, the pen works great. I have been using it a ton and really love the feel of it, how it writes and the weight of it in my hand. The ink flows very well, clean writing every time.

This is a higher quality pen than you’d expect, given the price. Very smooth nib, with excellent ink flow from either cartridge or converter. Most of my use for this fine pen has been with an ink converter, but the occasional cartridge has been employed while travelling.This pen has excellent balance both posted or unposted. It sits very comfortably in my hand and writes as smoothly as you could ask for.The appearance of this pen is second to none. The beautiful gold accents on silver chrome make it one that anyone would be proud to show off in any setting. It quickly became my go-to fountain pen.I think the only thing that may surpass the look, feel, and quality is the customer support you receive as a Scriveiner customer. Inquiries are responded to quickly by an actual live human, not some chat bot or form letter.Overall, I have never purchased a better writing instrument than this pen. I would recommend it to anyone.

Heavy-duty, heavy and stable fountain pen for those of us who still enjoy writing with these instruments. Ink cartridges are easy to load and the pen writes without skips or big inkblots. An excellent product. If not used for a while, you will have to rinse the nib out under running water to loosen the dried ink inside, but that would happen with any fountain pen.

I bought this as a present for my Husband. The quality is amazing! Fairly heavy and made from beautiful materials. The size is perfect and the ink dries fairly quickly. I also got the pen engraved by the seller. Everything was spelled correctly and the whole pen and inks itself were a very great price!

My first Scriveiner pen was a medium nibbed pen, and it worked beautifully, until one day...it slipped from my hand and fell straight down onto the nib; the pen had suffered catastrophic damage.So, I did the only correct thing there is to do: I purchased a replacement Scriveiner pen.This time, I decided to go with a fine-point nib.The pen was working well for about a month, but I noticed the writing wasn't totally smooth. So I reached out to Scriveiner and shared with them my story.Jul on the Scriveiner team was very understanding, and after providing them a video and my order #, they immediately shipped me a new pen. I got it the next day, which is insane, but that's what they did for me.The new pen writes perfectly and I'm very happy with how they helped me out. My feeling is this is a rare issue, because the pens are very high quality, and I wrote with my first pen for a long time before I dropped it and I never had any issues. The new pen is also writing flawlessly.Thanks Scriveiner for helping me out, I'll be buying pens from you in the future; hopefully the catalyst isn't me dropping this one though :D

Writes like a dream; better than a lot of named brand pens at their lower end price points. Must say customer service is excellent. The first one I received had defects in workmanship. But Catherine was super helpful, and sent me a replacement which is excellent. I would recommend this brand.

I’ve been buying and using fountain pens for over 40 years and this one is my favorite, hands down. First of all, the craftsmanship is flawless and beautiful. Secondly, from the second I pulled it out of the box and started writing, it was smooth and just glided across the paper. Third, it has good weight. I don’t like light, thin, and flimsy pens. I need something that fits firmly in my hands and feels like a substantial piece. And finally, the price…UNBELIEVABLE! How they can sell such an awesome product at this price? Not a better deal out there.I will never buy another brand of fountain pen again and I’m sorry it took me so long to find this one. I am a fan of this pen, and the company that produces it, for life.

This is a beautiful pen. The ink flow is amazing; no SKIPPING! The feel in my hand is totally comfortable. On a scale of one to 10 I give it a 12. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Sometimes on Amazon you have to just take a chance and with this pen, I’m completely thrilled.
