good price, good value, quite competitive
I picked this up to be a travel spare for my PHEV as my original is semi permanently at home. One point I like, a LOT, is that you can set it (at least when operating on 120VAC) to go up to either 16 amps or 10 amps. NOTE this is _highest_ rating. Your car may tell it to downshift (on mine it goes to 12 amps max).This is handy when plugging into a shared outlet where you don't know what else is on the circuit, and don't want to risk tripping the breaker.It would have been nice to have seen better documentation of this in the instruction manual...

Great extra charger
Only used a couple times, but I have a feel for it already. I'm using it to charge a 2015 BMW i3 for what it's worth.The good: screen has good information, charger is compact with good cord length, a nice rubber cover for the j1772 end, and it came with a 15 amp plug adapter. It also appears to test the circuit to see what amperage it can draw before starting which is nice. Also, the charger stays pretty cool (in about 75 degree weather)The bad: The screen is TINY. Like, I've seen pain relief pills the same size. The only other aspects I dislike is that the plug doesn't lock in place when the car locks like it's designed to.If I was looking at paying full price for this, I'd shop around and compare, but wouldn't be upset if I came back to getting this one again.

Long Term Usage Review
I've had the charger for more than10 months. The only minor annoyance was that after you plug the charger, you have to press a button to switch it to 16A mode before plugging to the car; otherwise, it would work in 10A mode. Except for that, everything was working great. A week ago, the charger stopped charging the car, and I expected a long and annoying RMA process. Luckily, I was wrong: the seller asked a couple of questions to specify the problem, and when I answered, I was getting replies back within 2-4 hours day or night, and after I sent the charger back, the seller was very accommodating to solve the problem - even offered me a choice to get a refund! So whatever points I deduct for reliability, I return back for unusually great service quality: it was better than the service of some of major brands I had to deal with. LEFANEV rocks! :)

Works great but the front of of light indicator is backwarded
This charger is simple to use. No buttons or needed WiFi connections. Charges my Prius Prime in 2.5 hours. Quality control maybe an issue. As another review states, the front of the “box” is facing the wall. Light indicator is located on the front side so it is difficult to see the lights. I managed to twisted slightly side way (as in the photo) so I can see some of the indicator.

Temp Above Listed at 16A BUT Still Working after 3 months
Used it for the 1st time. In 30 min it is at 132 degrees which is above the working limit. It reduced charging time from my OEM charger from 7.5 hrs to 5.5 hrs. So better than nothing but worried about the overheating already.Update: 9/5/21Still working good. Haven't has any issues yet. Someone complaoned about it resetting down to 10amp but only ofnyou unplug it. If you leave it plugged in, then it stays at 16A.

Working perfect
I was using it for a backup and a travel cord, but I found that it worked so well and shows the amps being used that I prefer it over the stock charging cable

Great value but it could be better.
A great value. Overall a nice unit BUT with one disadvantage compared to competitive products. The unit does not automatically sense the vehicles max charge rate not does it start in the high 16amp charge rate. In order to get the unit to charge at the higher rate you have to go to the main unit and push the button each time before you plug the cord into your vehicle to charge.

So far so good
Other than the delivery date being a week late, so far, so good. It appears to be working as described. I use the 110v most days outside, but I'm not taking any chances and making sure it's elevated off the ground and covered to protect it from most of the elements. If I have any issues, I will update the review.Still working as of 29Mar21

Buen cargador, muy buen precio y no me ha dado problemas
Tengo una Outlander PHEV y el cargador ha funcionado sin ningún problema. Lo mejor es que te dice cuántos KWH ha consumido para cargar el vehículo, además de la temperatura del proceso de carga. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para 110V, que es la forma en que lo he utilizado desde mi conexión de casa de CFE.
