As an adult with size 3 feet, I had to try the children's insoles and they are working perfectly. Instant relief for my feet (followed by pain after a few hours, as you're only meant to wear them for 1-2 hours a day for the first fortnight until your feet readjust themselves) and they fit my size 3 trainers like a glove. Glad I bought two pairs.

Got these for my son after we were told he had flat feet and was always in pain walking. Had to trim to fit his size and take out the shoe inner sole but fits perfectly and he no longer says his feet hurt!

My son was struggling when walking, he seems much better on his feet now. He walks without his feet tipping and he seems much happier now.

Good quality insoles. Unlike previous reviews suggested they didn't help with toe walking though.
