Well packed, promptly delivered and easy to assemble
Upon delivery of the ordered chair well packed, I was a bit perplexed as to how difficult would it be to get it assembled. Thankfully, the Customer Service of HOF ECommerce was more than happy to assist with a phone call and also by sharing a video of hands-on assembly of the chair that was really helpful. Though there were some initial hiccups in finding the screws, with the assistance on WhatsApp I could overcome this and get the chair assembled myself with ease. The chair is very comfortable and I find no difficulty in sitting for longer periods without any physical discomfort due to its ergonomic design.

Product is good
The chair is comfortable but only issue is we are unable to fit 2 screws of arm rest. Out of three screws only fit 2 screws to each armrest

The chair is very difficult to be assembled. I believe they should provide pre-assembled chair or installation service.

If it wasn’t the seat material everything is good
The seat is leather type material so it will start heating up after a while which causes discomfort
