Excellent for Arthritic Hands
I put this on my driver, and I don’t have a dimension of the big end, but it was tough to get started. It worked out though and it’s made a great improvement for my game. The size and texture allow a much better grip than the original. When I’m ready to redo my fairway woods this is the grip I’ll use.A little pricey but worth it. I can drive effectively even when I’m having a ’bad-hands’ day.If you suffer from arthritis in your hands and hate missing an opportunity to play a round waiting until they feel better do yourself a favor and try these grips…

Good golf grip for arthritic hands
Oversized just the right amount so you don't have to squeeze so hard, grip could be a little softer but other than that no complaints, would buy again.

Great Choice
The name implies that this grip is for those who have some arthritis in their hands and cannot hold the club that well. Nonsense. I have always found grips to be too smooth. I have no arthritis and love this grip. Finally a grip I can hold where the club never slips in my hands. I use it only on the woods which works for me. The grip is like rough sandpaper. Worth the purchase if you occasionally have slipping hands on the club. No difference I can see from any other grip other than a rougher surface.

May be best mid size grip
This may be the best mid size grip in golf. I regripped all my clubs because these grips are great if you have any hand problems, especially minor arthritis. The grips are also durable. I usually regrip my clubs every 18 months due to wear. Some of these grips are now a year old and show almost no wear.

These grips preform well time and time again.
I like that you are totally confident that your club will not slip in your hand no matter the conditions.

Doesn’t work for me
I have arthritis in my thumbs and wrists which has resulted in weaker grip strength. And this results in less ability to control the clubhead throughout the swing. I regripped my driver with one of these grips. I didn't get s chance to play a round with it before winter has ended our season here in Boston, but I did have a chance to try it out on the range. The larger diameter grip definitely makes it easier to keep the club stable without squeezing the club tighter, especially at the top of the backswing.Follow-up: I have now had a chance to test this grip on the range and course. I’ve lost distance and shots don’t feel or sound solid. Not sure if it’s the bigger diameter or there is too much cushioning. Whatever it is, it’s not for me.
