I have had this curling iron almost 3 years now and I won’t use anything else. Once you get the hang of it, it is the easiest & fastest way to curl your hair. And you don’t have to burn your fingers trying to curl it on a regular wand! I got it because it was a cheaper alternative to the ads I was seeing all over Instagram for Beach Waver. I’ve used both now, and I love this one way more. It holds for days with or without hairspray, and is easy to touch up the next day. Best curling iron I’ve ever purchased

This is our second one of these....the first one just stopped working. After a little practice, it is easy to use in my opinion. My hair is shoulder length and I find it works well. I wish it wasn't so pricey...I would buy another one for my daughter because she uses mine frequently.

Received this a few days ago and like it very much. Handle texture is noticeably better than other hair styling appliances I’ve used - has good “grippiness”. Exceptional sturdy weight and heats very fast to desired temperature. Took a little time to master, but it is pretty easy to operate. Have owned dozens (no lie) of heated curling devices and this ranks near the top. It is pricey but I would recommend and definitely reorder.

I get a frequent “err” message and it turns off randomly - almost every time I use it. Especially if you go past 370 degrees (default) It is so frustrating and the company won’t respond. I’ve only had it a few months

My daughter struggles using the wands and wrapping it around but with this she uses it with ease.

I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with the Prizm 1 Inch Wavy Professional Rotating Curling Iron, Nano Titanium Auto Spin Curling Wand Hair Curler, and the lack of customer support from the company … this review aims to provide a cautionary tale to potential buyers, urging them to reconsider investing in this product or dealing with this company.After spending a substantial amount of money on this curling iron ($203.98), I expected nothing less than exceptional quality and performance … unfortunately, my hopes were shattered when the curling iron stopped working just days after the “30 day return policy“ expired … It became evident that I had purchased a defective product.Frustratingly, when I reached out to the company for assistance, I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response … despite being within a margin of only a couple days, the company refused to honour their commitment to customer satisfaction … they repeatedly stated that there was nothing they could do, essentially leaving meet with a non-functional and very expensive curling iron … It was disheartening to see their blatant disregard for resolving the issue and their dismissive attitude towards a loyal customer.Upon further research, it became apparent that my experience was not an isolated incident … numerous reviews and testimonials revealed a concerning pattern of similar problems occurring around, and/or just after the 30 day mark … this suggests a deliberate strategy to sell a product that has a high likelihood of failure just after the return policy expires, in my humble opinion … it is deeply troubling to see a company prioritize short term gains over long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.Beyond the defective product, the lack of adequate Customer Service added insult to injury … their unwillingness to assist or provide any resolution exemplified their disregard for their customers concerns and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, in my opinion.In light of this egregious experience, I cannot, in good conscious, recommend this curling iron or any product from this company … the combination of a faulty and expensive product $202,98), coupled with the dismissive customer service, leaves me with no other choice, but to discourage others from making the same mistake I did … investing in this product would not only risk wasting your hard earned money, $203.98, but also subject you to the frustration and disappointment that I have personally experienced.Save yourself the hassle, financial loss, and disappointment by exploring reputable alternatives from companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of their products … your hair deserves better than this !
