I haven't experienced this problem. Every Clinque product from Amazon smells authentic. Especially Aromatics Exilar

I don’t even see an expiration date on the product. As far as the smell, it sure smells like it’s fresh. I buy it for my mother and she wears it daily. I’ve never had problems with it, that’s for sure.

I have the same question, I just received the Aromatics Elixir Body Smoother. It was not sealed, box or product. I opened it and it started pouring out of the container! It does not look new. I am immediately returning it . Not sure who the seller is. I assumed incorrectly, Clinique
