Excellent
I got this at a fantastic price - less than £350. It is so quiet even on a fast spin. Very easy to fit yourself - it’s not hard work. The instructions are not the best but it’s quite self explanatory. My top tip is that the feet come off the washer - you add the two metal bars and the screw in the larger feet. The instructions are not clear on this, but I figured it out eventually.Yes some of the wash cycles go on FOREVER - but you find your favourite cycle and work with it. For me I like the hour setting for a mixed wash. It does the job lovely.People have commented that the softener part of the draw does not drain - yes, that is true on occasion. However I have found that this is a problem with how much softener you are using. We all get used to what we are doing and just bung some in - use the cap and measure it. I have done this and now I don’t get a build up of water in the draw. Some have said that you can not remove the draw - you can, but it feels like you might break it - this is normal, YouTube it and you will see that it is on a clip that you have to pull off - don’t worry. If you ensure that you clean the draw out, no build up of softener will occur - if you don’t clean it then that draw will not drain eventually.Overall this is a great product at a great price - if I remember rightly most places sell this washer for around £430.I recommend, just be kind to it by cleaning it every month or so - it will last longer x

Reduced noise level
I chose this washing machine for its reduced noise level and its compact size (to fit under my the kitchen worktop).I also like the ability to reduce the spin speed to values below the max speed of 1400.One minor negative was that the provided door fittings were slightly rusted.

Good Value But:
The quick wash of 39 minutes does not always rinse the items. Some times they are still sopping wet through

Decent quiet machine
The only downside is the regular one hour wash only spins at 1000 so you have to give the clothes an extra 1400 spin. The Eco wash goes on for over three hours and I can't understand who on earth needs to wash lightly soiled garments for that length of time!

Ease of use
It has lots of good settings. I’ve noticed that my clothes are washed better. I’m happy with my purchase.

Quiet operation
The machine is really quiet and has a 1 hour cycle which is perfect.
