lasted a couple of months, seemed like a good idea at the time! Just not up to the job after 8 or 9 weeks it was in the bin, would of been better off with a cup of tea and a quiet lie down

Effective massage function, but the whole thing seems made for a small/short person, which means wrist rests are chest-high when they would be more comfortable if lower. This massager does not rest on your shoulders/neck on its own, you have to hold it on (by using wrist rests). This is will likely only be a significant problem if you want to use it for a long time and/or while moving around.

This is okay but I’m not blown away by it. I think it’s a waste of money for what benefits it actually gives.

I have one for the back where its just two larger nobbly bits on each side that also heat up maybe a different brand but all china ones like this which works better for my back i kind of wanted the same but with an arm sleeve bit this one in my opinion is only decent for the neck, with the back one of the nibs is alot bigger then the rest so is uncomfortable and just digs in not in the right way. I mean it is pictured like that so i should have seen.

It can reach all the painful knots on my back that have bothered me for years. It cured one problem the first day, and I will use it regularly to help get my back in shape again. I've suffered all my working life with muscular back pain due to hard labour and this is the best treatment I've had yet. Only two days use and I can stand straighter and sleep better. No more painkillers, no more wriggling around trying to pop knots in my back and shoulders. best £22 I have ever spent. Its better than a massage from a person because I can control exactly where to work on, and it doesn't get tired. Its like having two massive hands working your back.

They are very powerful but didn't help with my shoulder issue

This is such an affordable way to get pain relief! I suffer with shoulder pain due to tension and knots and this feels amazing. I have been using it regularly since I got it and I've been waking up with so much less discomfort. The rotating balls are very hard so it is an intense massage but it really does the trick!!!

I followed the reviews and happy I did so. Really feels like fingers kneading your neck and the arm control makes it easy to add the pressure in certain key points . Can be used up and down the back , almost anywhere. I’ve had a massage seat for years but this is much better . It can feel bulky at first and you can’t really sit back and relax ( in my opinion ) but if you want to knead out those knots then it’s a winner
