Perfect fit for my "98 YFM 350 fw Bigbear
This bolted right up and runs well. The only part I needed off my old carb was the drain hose off the bottom of the bowl. There is little clearance between the carb and starter and the old hose had a formed bend while the supplied hose was just straight. I was concerned that it may kink so I used the old one. I contacted Niche about the problems with Amazon fitment reccommendations being unreliable. Niche gave me the proper part # for my '98 YFM 350 FW but Amazon says that will not fit. Sorry, but I'll take Niche's word on fitment. I purchased this Anngo replacement based on reviews. The ratings were better for this than the one sold by Niche but I used Niche's part number advice. The price was better on this as well. This item does not have any fitment rating by Amazon which gives me doubts about that feature. It bolted right up. The top Hose is shorter than OEM but that is easy to solve. The throttle tube is a slighltly different angle but I tried it and had no problems. Perfect fit for my '98 Yamaha BigBear YFM350 FW

Pretty happy - 1998 Big Bear 4x4
Carb installed without issue and no jetting changes required so far (it came with some extra jets). Old throttle cable fit fine. First ride today and machine is running good. One thing that concerned me is that description says cylinder side ID is 36mm when my OEM carb was 34mm, even though it claimed to be a direct replacement for the OEM part number. Turns out the actual ID of the one I received is 34mm.

Easy to install, but my bike ran and idled terrible once installed. Could not adjust to run anywhere near decent.

Piece of Crap ATV , NOW RUNS TERRIFIC!
My review will be lengthy hang in there, it's worth it I promise. I bought a used 350 Yamaha Big Bear 10 years ago from a dealer. It started and idled fine , but had no power. They said it was an old persons ATV and that is what it is. I had an 86 Suzuki that had 3 times the speed and power so I did not believe them, but they said there was nothing that could be done, so I took it to 2 different mechanics (one rebuilt the carb.)No betterthey both said that's what it is. I thought about selling it, but who wanted the P.O.S., and I couldn't sell it in good conscience. My future son in law put an after market carb on a Yamaha almost the same model and it runs awesome. He said we have to try it on yours, I think all those (so called) mechanics are wrong. (40 couple dollars is what this aftermarket carb cost and ironically that was what the rebuilt kit cost for the original carb without labor which turned out to be a complete waste of money.) We recieved it and installed it ourselves in less than 30 minutes. I NOW HAVE THE ATV I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING 10 YEARS AGO. I can climb mountain ridges with steep inclines ( something I used to do on the Suzuki, but not the Yamaha, No way , it would have stalled.) It runs approximately 40 MPH in high gear on the road (I would say 25 used to be it's limit), and in a nutshell I couldn't be happier! I give it 5 stars! maybe the best money I have ever spent in my life! P.S. I put new tires on it that I also purchased from Amazon, The owner of the garage said they were the beefiest tires he had ever put on and he loved the tread. I told him the price and he could not believe it, he said he couldn't buy them from his warehouse for what I paid, not even close, and he put them on for 5 dollars a tire. He said he will tell his customers about them. ( He is a real mechanic and all around good guy.) So BUY ALL YOUR ATV PARTS FROM AMAZON I DON'T BELIEVE YOU WILL REGRET IT, I KNOW I WON'T!

99 Big Bear 350 4x4
Ordered and put on 4 wheeler. Started up and ran like a champ. I idled it up a little but it has been doing good so far. Old one would idle but stall out and not pull itself. Had new plug and gas so for the money felt I would give a new carburetor a chance. Glad I did. All in all cheap investment to get back running.

Worked great at first...now float is stuck pouring out gas
Installed easy, ran great after a little tuning. Rode it 5 or 6 times with no major issues other than occasional sputtering when cold. Sat for about 2 weeks now float appears stuck and pours out gas unless fuel switch is shut off. Only ever used ethanol free gas with seafoam in 1999 yamaha big bear since I've owned it the last 10 years. Will now have to tear the carb back out and inspect float pin and jets.

It worked with no modifications!
After installing a cheaper aftermarket carburetor and spending hours fiddling with it and the original Mikuni, this carburetor beats both of those two completely! It has the smoothness and feel of quality, especially the slider. I couldn't believe the difference in power. I'm hoping there will be many fun-filled hours wheeling with my Big Bear 4x4!

It works!!
I bought a different aftermarket carb that was maybe ten dollars cheaper than this one that I had to throw away because it was junk. This one worked beautifully right away. Carburetors need close tolerances. This one has what it takes.
