Since then Bennie has proved himself a man of great cooking skill and sensitive pallet by winning said competition 3 years in a row and placing 3rd on another occasion. This is no small feat, with over 15 entries each year, of which 3 are renowned New York Chefs, and he still came out on top. Bennie has been working on and tweaking his Biltong recipe since South Africa days and has finally agreed to package and sell something that is up to his standards. You will receive an 8oz pack of his Classic Biltong Spice which is good for making about 20 Lbs of delicious Biltong.
