Do not go by Companies Size chart
Worked with Outbacks Customer support to get accurate size. They told me based on my measurements (5'8 126lb, arm length 27in) XS would be to big. Even when asked about needed extra room for winter bulky clothes. I purchased a size SMALL anyways.. Fits perfect in arm length and comes to just above ankle in length.. fits like a cross between a small for arms and medium in chest/waist.. w/ room for layering clothes/sweater and not feel bunched up. Con: it came looking rolled in animal hair, inside and out.. like it was put in a dryer with a dog.. So beware if allergic to animals.. and adjust sizing accordingly..if you want a little extra room to move, get a size larger, cause Their sleeve length is off.. mine comes to my knuckles like it is supposed to.. but doesn't match their size chart.

Ordered a x large, it was to big but exchanging for a large was easy and I love the coet.
I like the way it looks , will use in unpredictable Michigan weather.

Good enough
I like it, but unlike the older model it replaced, I do not love it. The inner pockets which were large and versatile on my old Duster have been replaced by small hold-out pockets for guns on this model. And it is also made of a slightly lighter weight cotton than the canvas of the older Outback unit.Don't get me wrong, I do like several features on the jacket. The collar is slightly larger to protect against the wind and elements, and has aditional snaps for the fixing of a hood. Likewise additional internal snaps for fixing a liner. And the old Stretch-cord waist has been replaced by a fixed length waist cord, which should extend the life over my old one, which lost its cord half way through its life span. But, It's the lighter weight and the odd choice of pockets which prevent me _loving_ this jacket the way I did my old one.

Perfect
Is the Duster I've been wanting for years, going to be just right for winter motorcycle riding.

( Reveiwed by John P ) I bought an Outback Trail Oilskin by Foxfire 10 years ago and continue to use it with great satisfaction. This year I decided to purchase this Stockman Oilskin by Outback Trading Company. My decision was partly due to the fact that I have an Overlander Oilskin Vest which I like a lot. I wanted to match the bronze vest with this bronze coat and keeping with the same hardware. I typically use these oilskins as utilitarian apparel as intended. The duster is oversized to allow ample layers underneath. Plenty of room to go over a work jacket or fall coat. This cotton duster is a little lighter than my previous duster but seems well constructed. The nice liner and leather collar makes it nicer than the Foxfire and worth the price difference. I am glad I bought it and already received many compliments. I also ordered a Kodiak oilskin hat by Outback Trading, all fulfilled by Sheplers. I would recommend Outback Trading and Sheplers both. Thanks.

Cue the Sergio Leone music, the voice sounding like a harmonica
This rain coat will make you want to rain, just so you can look cool, and glint at people. It is wonderfully waterproof, and warm in the appropriate temperatures. I mean, obviously, it is not a winter coat. Call it a spring, summer, fall coat. I love it. Oh, and did I mention it keeps me dry?
