Broke after the first rainfall. The poles bent

We purchased this as an overflow holding tank for our rain water. We could put this close to our garden and refill it by pumping water from standard rain barrels to this barrel. Seemed to work, until we got about 25 gallons in it, then the bottom faucet started a steady drip. We drained the water and checked that all the gaskets were exactly per the instructions. One side of the gaskets are ribbed and one side it flat. Nothing in the instructions say which side goes where. Tried reversing them, filled it again. Leaks. Empty, take apart, tried O-Ring silicon, that eventually worked. We got the tank half full and had the same challenge with the top faucet. Same solution worked. Left it sit for 48 hours, then carefully went to hook up a hose to the bottom faucet. Wait, the quick connect is reversed and a standard quick connect will not flow. Found an old quick connect with no shut off inside. Hooked it up and magic ... leaking again. Got the leak to stop, for now. Giving it 48 more hours. If it leaks when we try the hose this time. Empty/Disassemble and return. Waste of several hours and several gallons of rain water. If this did not leak, it would have been 5 stars across the board. BUT, a storage tank that will not hold water has no value.

I had to return the first one due to it getting a hole. A month later (after the return window ended) it once again has another hole in it. I would say buy something more sturdy!

On day two after receiving this barrel, the rain collected and the white tap began leaking water. I Patched it up with silicone (which held) and over the next two days of rain the barrel filled, but it clearly could not hold the 100 gallons it was made to hold because the seam split busting the brand new rain barrel wide open (see pic). This is the second barrel I purchase because i thought the leaks on the first one was just a fluke. Nope, they are just poorly made. Do not waste your money on this.

everything thing else seems fine but the zipper came off on the first zip. it make the top not useable and debris gets inside. lame

easy to set up and use but not very durable. The barrell tilted over and fell several times when it was filled to the top. The legs are made of cheap plastic and got bent permanently after a few times of filling up. Overall its only capable of handling half its capacity ideally.

this item has a flaw or design issue, at equal distance around the barrel there's an opening or split where each pole enters the barrel, my barrel is half full and I don't know how the effects of those openings will affect the barrel's ability to hold water, please advise...
