Very powerful jet. The first time I used it, the plaque at the base of my teeth cleared away. Use it daily before bed in place if flossing and have not noticed any plaque build up since. It comes with a variety of tips which help clean either the teeth, the gums or tongue. Powerful for how small it is and can be charged easily with included cable. The water tank is large enough to be able to clean your mouth once maybe twice depending on how much you use.

I like the number of power settings as it allows you to treat sensitive teeth with a gentler spray but give dentures a higher power jet. Because of this the reservoir is only large enough to do a quarter of your teeth at a time. It is also quite heavy and bulky in the hand. UPDATE: five months of use and although the sticker on it’s base says “waterproof” it is now letting water in to the body which leaks out and leaves a puddle on the shelf. I am expecting it to give up working so I’ll try a guarantee claim.

When I first used this, I pressed the strength button before the power button, and nearly blew my head off !!! I quickly learnt, to press the strength button first to the desired level, then turn on the power ! I start lower and build up to full power. I use this in the shower, as water squirts everywhere from your mouth. I fill up the reservoir from the shower and use all of it each time. You can hear when it begins to empty, as the pitch gets higher.Now I am used to it, it is really easy to use, I can select from 6 power settings, how strong I want the pulse to be. The higher the pulse, the more water is pumped through and the quicker the reservoir empties. You would not want one with less reservoir capacity, than this ! You could have less power settings, but these are fine. You start low and as you are using it go up the scale. Your teeth feel dentist clean, after use.

Really like this product. Makes your teeth and mouth feel really clean. It's very powerful unlike some other brands I have purchased in the past.

Bought as gift for my daughter and she says it’s easy to use and effective. Good to maintain oral health following a treatment to a dental hygienist for deeper cleaning.

Does quite a good clean, but cumbersome when handling!! Quite heavy and bulky, as most of us ladies have smaller hands, you cannot avoid touching the buttons when using, as it's the best place to hold it!! Otherwise not bad!!

The product looks great and does clean but it’s quite fiddly and the squirt can hurt the first few times you use it which i think should be a warning. But it works and you do feel a difference in cleanliness if used properly
