Ordered these for a friend, who had two very nice recliners, save a broken spring. They couldn't find the right spring at a local home improvement store, so we got these delivered the next day, and they worked perfectly.

It worked!Function over form.
Okay…the spring on the footrest of my recliner broke.Found these on Amazon. They don’t look exactly like the one that broke but they work and are easier to install because of the long hook end on the one side.

Not as strong as original
Stretched the first one to put it on and it stretched out guess that’s why it is in a two pack. Be careful not to stretch to much.
