I bought these to use in baking. I wanted whole nuts, but they are out of my price range. These are chopped- but a good size. They are fresh and taste great. Will buy again.

Great product and finely grind and well packaged. Does not have any external smells or taste.I recommend it.

Every nut was stale. It smelled and tasted stale. The bag itself did not seem to be defective. I threw the whole bag away. There are several other brands that are eatable. Don’t waste your money on this brand.I have never before written a review like this, but this was completely unacceptable.

I usually buy my macademia nuts at Costco, their Kirkland brand. But, there have been MANY times that I had to return a brand new bag because of rancidity. So, I saw the great reviews for these nuts and decided to give them a try.This review is based one ONE purchase of these, and compares them to Costco's brand.First the negative, these nuts were smaller than the Kirkland brand. That is a full star off because the chewing satisfaction is much greater to me when the nut is bigger.Second, a positive: their freshness seemed better than Kirklands. I did not get a single off bite in this whole bag whereas even a "great" bag from Kirkland will have a couple of "off" bites where I'm like "Whew, glad the whole bag isn't like this, or I'd have to return it."Finally, these are more expensive than the Kirkland. BUT, considering they have to be shipped, it's fair. (Shipping costs a lot more than we Amazon Prime folks want to acknowledge.)

good price - they are chips but taste the same as whole ones that cost a lot more

I lived in Hawaii for 12 years. I flew aloha airline for work and they gave us three small containers of macadamia nuts each time. After all that time I had gathered over 200 packages. I sampled them, They were wonderful. Not dry roasted. I found that great flavor again in these nuts, Hamakua, which I believe is on the big island. Thank you for providing these delicious nuts. Not too much salt. Either. great flavor.

They taste like macadamia nuts, for sure, but the stale taste makes me not want to eat them. I don't know if there's any way to avoid them getting stale when they're packaged up like this. Overall though, they were okay...... just that stale taste kind of ruined things for me.

If you like macadamias, these are pretty good. The nut is sweet and I haven't run across a bad one yet. I eat these just as they are and if I feel like a treat, I eat them in a cookie.
