This is my favourite malt vinegar.

This malt vinegar has a great flavor. I’ve used it on top on battered cod and battered halibut and has tasted delicious! A staple in my house.

Have found it hard to find good malt vinegar -- this one best I have come across. Try to always keep in stock. Wonderful on fried fish, shrimp, potatoes and the like. Definitely recommend.

Better than Heinz, yes, but still not quite the classic malt vinegar taste that you'd want for your fish and chips.

Love the taste

This is what a hot platter of fish and chips craves whether we're around to hear it or not. Excellent for seasoning veggies, in marinades, even for a pan sauce with butter on steaks. Excellent in sauces and gives a rich flavor with good wood and malt backbone and bright acidity. Makes a damn fine vinaigrette if I do say so my damn self. Just an awesome vinegar.
