I purchased to drink methi dana water and to eat soaked seeds but the methi dana didnot get soaked fully and many of seeds remained unsoaked and hard so it was very difficult to eat the little soaked seeds as the hard seeds made itdifficult..Overall seeds size is also very small from other brands.from my side zero star.

Disliked the indifference of seller in not ensuring dispatch of dust free item it’s full of sand when consuming after soaking it in water overnight my purpose of purchasing.
