Great Men's Pair of Glasses
This is a brief update to my previous review as I've now owned these glasses for a couple of months. In that time I've dropped them, kicked them and generally abused them-not intentionally but they bore the brunt well. The flexibility of the frame provides a sturdiness I am surprised to find in such an inexpensive pair. In addition, the lens seem to be somewhat scratch resistant and I use the same spray I use on my computer screen to clean them. And so far there's not a mark on them. I had previously rated this product with 4 stars because they did not provide much needed information about the size of the frame, but after owning two pair for these two months I have come to the conclusion that this product definitely deserves 5 stars. That's the reason for the update.Having recently visited an opthalmologist with some blurriness in my eyes when reading or working on the computer, I was advised to simply buy a stronger pair of reading glasses. Having used 1.0 magnification, I opted for 2.0 to see if there was much difference. And the difference was significant. Stopping at the local pharmacy I paid $28 for one pair of wire-framed glasses that were a bit snug at the temples and barely reached to my ears. They were well-made but didn't exactly provide the comfort level I wanted. As an older male, I also wanted something that fit better. I made the mistake of first going cheap-buying 4 pairs of glasses for $25 dollars from a different seller on Amazon. They were advertised as fitting either men or women. I should have realized my fat head was not the same size as women or children and the fit was terrible. If you're a man with an average to large size head, buy glasses that are for a man only. And this pair of Black reading glasses were just the thing. The fit was much better than the pharmacy pair and I prefer the black frames rather than the previous wire ones. Additionally there's a flexibility to the frames and the nose clips fit securely without pinching, good for longer term wearing. And at $10 a pair they were less than half of what I paid at the pharmacy. They also come in a cloth bag to help prevent scratching the lens. I did buy two pair as I like to keep a pair in the car and a pair around the house and will buy another to keep at my desk. The only fault I see is the dimensions are not provided by the seller, which would make selecting this pair easier. Here's my measurements of the glasses-The frames are 5 1/4" across, the lens are 1 1/2" at their widest point, the arms are 4 1/4 to the beginning of the curl and are 5 3/4" long in total. I do recommend them highly

The BEST reading glasses I’ve EVER bought
After years of wearing very strong glasses or contacts, I had a much anticipated cataract surgery, which means the only vision assist I need is a good pair of reading glasses! THAT changed my “world view”, obviously, and my eye dr recommended over the counter reading glasses. I have wasted so much money on “good” (I.e., more expensive) reading glasses averaging $29.99 a pair, only to find that they are cheaply made, the side pieces break off easily, the lenses are cheap and cloudy to start with, & the power level range is very limited & rarely goes up to/above plus 3.0. It’s been a frustrating, expensive process. Recently, I found these readers on Amazon, and honestly my first thought was “Those are only $10-they CAN’T be any better than what I’ve found before!” So I compared, researched-and kept coming back to these made by The Reading Glasses Company. They are a basic pair, nothing fancy, but 2 features stood out: 1, the HUGE range of power options and 2, the idea of “crystal clear clarity”. So, I decided it was worth $10 to try them. Oh. My. Gosh. These glasses are so much more than I anticipated! As advertised: They are sturdy. They are clearly maunufactured old school-with QUALITY. The lenses have, indeed, CRYSTAL CLEAR CLARITY-the best I’ve ever seen, and I’ve worn glasses for 48 years. When you clean the lenses, you can actually TELL IT. I was able to, for the first time, get the power I wanted-plus 3.5. I love this pair of readers so much, I actually KEEP UP WITH THEM! (any person that wears readers will tell you they have random pairs all over the house, because they lose them all the time!)I am definitely going to order at least 1 additional pair-the only thing that would make these better for me is if I can find a pair that are a little “dressier” or stylish (I know they have them, I just tend to be a little picky.😺To sum up-if you have, like I, wasted a ton of money on crappy readers- and have doubts because these are *only* $10, DON’T HESITATE!! There is no need to hold back because these are reasonably priced, & therefore these days a consumer is afraid the product is “cheap”. These readers are as advertised, and I am completely satisfied with them. Rest assured, my reviews are my honest opinion, and I hold products to a high but reasonable standard. 😺

Modern and Great fit
These are great. I already wear contact lenses but these add that extra kick i need to see perfectly. They are not typical readers. They look like real glasses and are not small like those (old lady readers) and the spring hinges fit my big head and face shape perfectly. They are also sturdy. I have to break them when I rollover onto them when I'm asllepand they don't quite make it to the nightstand :)

Quality lenses.
The frames are not as big as I had hoped. (Temples are a bit short for me.) Never-the-less, these have become my first choice readers (I have several pairs) because of the large, clear lenses which provide a larger field of vision than my other readers.

Attractive
Good product and attractive to boot. I wish they were a tad sturdier but, considering the price they are very good.

PRACTICAL READING GLASSES
I have good vision in my left eye but poor vision in my right eye which has an implant. Fortunately, the vision in my right eye is good in the central portion and combined with my left in binocular vision (no spectacles) I can see well out to infinity.Closer up I need reading glasses. Ideally, I suppose, these would have prescription lenses but they are expensive and often break at the hinges or bridge after only a few months use. I used to carry always at spectacle pouch in my top shirt pocket and transfer them in and out as required to protect the lenses from scratching but found that it tended to cause scratching.I bought three pairs of these specs 3.5 diopter five months ago and am still on my first pair using only my top pocket (without pouch) sometimes putting the specs IN the pocket sometimes hanging OUT of the pocket by one leg. They are strong and I have just critically cleaned the lenses under cool running water using a drop of dishwash liquid and they are scratch free!As an 80 year old male I am unconcerned about the appearance of the product demanding only the practically and durability and these fit my requirements better than any others that I have used over the past decade. Recommended.

Good Glasses
As someone who wears their every day reading glasses on a cord around my neck, I need glasses that won't easily break as I tend to be a bit clumsy at times. Buying prescription glasses can be expensive as I might go though several pairs in a year, but these cheaper options are ideal, being both a lot better value and fairly substantial too.The order came quickly and the glasses were in perfect condition.

Rubbish
Narrow frame width. First evening I wrote them the frame cracked under the lens. I glued that and then the arm broke off the next day. Cheap s%#t. Don't bother.
