I used these four times before one started to split, shown in the pic.After using them about six or seven times the second one split.I even purchased the mid-level as a first time user so they would last longer.I do not recommend buying these at all unless you have never chewed food in your life then you may get some life out of them.I will say that when they are not split in half they work good, my jaw was sore the few times I was able to use them. If the manufacturer sees this review send me the top-level product and ill try it out. But the quality needs to be improved.Thanks.

Used for only two weeks and it already is breaking. Was tough and rigid only on initial use. Rubber is not sturdy enough.The holes also make a strong suction that pulls in your inner cheek linings. Does not circulate the air well.

I have been using them while working on the computer. Good amount of resistance, chewing it once seems easy but keep going and you feel your jaw burning fast! Easy to clean, small and easy to carry around. Definitely a 👍

They’re pretty solid and effective...although..I will say within less than a week I chewed through broth of them, as in chewed the products in half.Maybe I have too sharp of teeth but Σ(-᷅_-᷄๑)

I really liked the product, and i tried to make sure I used them to the reviews down here thinking "they will last as long as i need". Sitting here using them for my fifth time one has already busted. Good idea, just lack of good materials to make them effective

This molar jaw exerciser works better than the other jaw exercisers that use the front teeth to bite down jaw exercisers, after owning and using two different resistances of the front teeth jaw exercisers.

They work. I can see a difference after a week. The only problem is I already chewed through them. The price isn’t bad but I expected them to last longer.
