I use these for applying masking fluid. The are a bit like a dip pen.

The tips of the pens do not align properly, so the ink/colour does not flow properly. Poorly made and does not do the job. Waste of time and money.

They do what I wanted and were inexpensive. Mine didn't work of the pack but a little reprofiling with file and sandpaper sorted that out.

I have not used these as pencil’s, I bought following hack on you tube as ideal for making thin and accurate marks in masking fluid. For this purpose they are fantastic!
