Bag is super cute. My daughter loves her bag but it did take almost a month to get here once ordered. I am not sure how durable the bag is. For a younger child it’s fine but if your a person that would be carrying textbooks or heavy things not sure how it will hold up. For cute factor 5 stars all the way

There isn't a laptop sleeve section in the main bag and the pencil holder is just one compartment without any pencil dividers unlike the other one I purchased. It seems durable with a great design.

My 9 year old son picked out this backpack because of the big Phoenix. He loves it. It is exactly as pictured. The back pack has one compartment and 2 side mesh pockets for his water bottles. It is perfect size for his purpose but not huge. On a daily basis, he carrys 2 to 3 library books, a spiral notebook, a large pencil pouch, a sweatshirt, 1 water bottle and occasionally his soccer cleats and shin guards or musical recorder. His lunchbox does not fit inside. Still looks new after 4 months of wear, this is a record for my son! He usually needs a new backpack by Christmas. No rips or holes but his stuff is not heavy this year.

It’s ok. It looks nice but it had a bad smell, had to wash all 3 products. The lunch box is very very small. Can barely fit a sand which and chips. A drink can’t even fit in there. There is a thing on the side for a water bottle. The book bag is pretty small too. Good thing my kid is only in 2nd grade and not needing a larger book bag. The pencil case is decent size.

My son is obsessed with puppies and this was the perfect bag for him. He takes it to school everyday and haven’t had any issues. Seems to be sturdy and easy to clean.

I am very happy with this backpack! It is perfect! The colors are vibrant and look really cool. The cooler is the same! The backpack and the cooler Borge have net beverage holders. The backpack has one on each side. I like that there is one large cubby in the backpack apples to different places to put stuff and for things to hide. My son is in 2nd grade and I find that to many pockets is not useful.I also had a really good experience with customer service when I had a question about shipping.

Quality is great! And all three items are made of the same material. Design is flawless! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the lengthy shipping. But the product is more than what I expected highly recommended.

The Phoenix and wolf ones are the ones I bought from this retailer! I absolutely love them! My two youngest sons LOVE THEM! The backpacks are a fair size, it can fit a lunchbag, and a huge water bottle in it, and still have room on top for something small. It arrived on the arrival date and not later! Honestly, this was worth the shipping price!!!! The picture is printed on the backpack, so you don't have to worry about it ripping or wearing down. Honestly this is one of the most well made backpacks with a photo on it that I have ever seen!!!! Thank you so much for your product!

My 11yr old was thrilled with the bag, she’s crazy about wolves. Although the first thing she said was “wow Mum why is the picture so pixelated “? Lol… I don’t know why it looks like that, but she’s still happy to take it to school everyday, so thank you

You often wonder about the quality of the cheap stuff from China but this has so far been great. Arrived early and my son loves it. Will have to see how it survives in school if kids ever go back l, but so far so good.
