Got these to decorate my wrought iron and stone fence for my spooky Halloween cemetery. I'm adding them to the wrought iron sections along with a whole lot of faux ivy strands to create an overgrown neglected look. I found 1 of light functions randomly fades in and out which should give the illusion of fire flies. These are listed as indoor/outdoor but transformer needs to be kept dry. What I usually do in these situations is place the transformer/plugs in a zip lock bag close it as much as possible then seal opening with some kind of wide tape like painters tape or duck tape. Another option I've used is to completely wrap the transformer/plug with plastic (any plastic will do, used grocery bags, plastic wrap, a piece of a plastic tarp), just make sure everything is covered then completely cover everything plus an inch or two of the cord with heavy duty tape like duck tape, painter's tape, electrical tape, something that won't come off if it gets wet. This should keep the transformer/plug from getting wet. Of course, DO NOT SUBMERGE TRANSFORMER IN WATER OR LET SIT IN STANDING WATER. I have found this method works to keep transformers and plugs from getting wet from dew, rain and sprinklers. Also, this is not a permanent or long-term solution, I only use this for holiday decorating where it's only used for about 30 days. I would recheck the weatherproofing after any storm just to make sure everything is still wrapped up tightly. So, I am very happy with my purchase.

I sent this to my brother in the midwest. He was stunned! He enjoyed the blue lights, a favorite from our childhood. I wish I had a big tree so I could use them!

I have had these since 2019 hand up since they are clear string have not been brought down and still as of this 2022 xmas they are working !! I only take off the pathway lights the rest have stayed in the heat and still working. They string is a bit discolored but does not affect the functions

We wrap these lights around a structure made of pipes. They emitted such a beautiful purple hue. Everybody loved it on the block.

-Halloween lighting-Great length for $15 ish dollars!!-extra long Wire from plug to first bulb!! We have 9ft ceilings and there is still plenty of extra wire from floor to ceiling. Meaning, we didn’t “waste lights” going vertical up the wall.-we lined the ceiling with it. In some pictures the lights glow orange, in others purple. I guess it depends on the exposure on the camera.-it really transforms a space. Got compliments from everyone.-used push pins to secure to wall.

I would have liked more of a twinkle setting. But still like them alot!

I love that they can be connected to each other to make it bigger.

What remote control? I daisey chained 2 lengths and they worked great.
