The tulle petticoat was a gift for my granddaughter. Have only heard that it fit.

Was a really nice quality, was actually white, and did not smell weird. I love how it feels too, the texture! And it was made pretty well, well put together, no loose threads.

Just what we expected and it arrived quickly.

I bought this for a halloween costume, I am normally a 2x and I got it on perfectly fine was super excited. When I went to take it off I had to cut it off of me. Super heart broken.

Washed it once and it was destroyed. Do not buy if planning on using more than once.
