ASOAnkle Stabilizing Orthosis w/ Plastic Stays (fits left or right) (black)

This ankle brace has saved me. I broke my foot and damaged several ligaments a couple of years ago and I wished my doctor would of told me to wear this when I workout because I fell and damaged all those same ligaments and I was out for at least 6 weeks. Once I was cleared to go back to workout ( I workout 4-5xs / week boot camp plus kickboxing) I researched ankle braces and this was rated the best by several studies. This one does come with the plastic sides which you need for extra support and it sleek enough to fit in everyday shoes except for one one of my set of shoes which are pretty tight. I've worn it with several cute slipper shoes in the beginning of my therapy which was during the holidays and I wanted to go to Christmas parties and stuff. Keeps tight when I workout which is awesome

*****Great support & very confortable for tennis players!My husband bought it for me. I was a little esqueptical when I received it but after I used, it I would never play tennis without it. OMG! I could run all over the court without pain. Great support and very comfortable. My shoe size is 7 and I bought XS in BLACK. Perfect fit. I played my tennis match (singles) without any problem and I didn't even notice that I had it on. My uncle surgery is still pending. BTW I won my match =)

After breaking an ankle and being in a hard boot this was the perfect transition. Surgeon suggested I wear the brace for 6 weeks. I wear a size 7 shoe so the extra small was the perfect size. This support fits perfectly into most of my shoes.

Older ones have wider stabilizing straps. The new narrower ones are less effective.
