Spectacular cookbook - especially if on Weight Watchers. Culinary Genius!
I first became aware of Daniel Hallak's mad cooking skills on the Weight Watcher's Connect application, and soon discovered his web site and books. He publishes all his recipes online. I love having the books to leaf through, and I also want to support his amazing approach to cooking healthy meals. I have lost 62 pounds in five and a half months on the Weight Watcher's Green plan, using many of his recipes. His approach and tips/hacks are simply amazing -- he's a culinary master. His super power approach uses the Weight Watcher's recipe builder app to modify just about any recipe you like to eat. He's got a great sense of humor that comes across as well. Change your approach to cooking and experience a very broad range of great recipes. You won't feel deprived at all. He has three volumes, all of which I have. Highest recommendation. Volume 3 has lots of burger recipes --- changed my view of this food category forever. You can have burgers and still eat in a healthy way. Lots of delicious healthy side dishes as well.

A MUST have for a healthy kitchen...FANTASTIC recipes!
This is cookbook number three from Mr Daniel Hallak, Mr Guilt Free Gourmet, and his cookbooks are an incredible resource for anyone wanting healthier cooking! I have all three, and have also gifted them to family. While I am on Weight Watchers, and at my goal having lost 35 pounds, they are not just for someone following the program. They are for anyone who wishes to make changes to healthier cooking. All recipes have a breakdown for those on the program for points per serving..... but they are not simply for people on the program. They are stand alone awesome recipes. Volume 3, which is burgers, sides and salads has so many delicious recipes! So far I’ve made the French Bistro, Mushroom and Swiss, and sausage and peppers and well, just wow. From past experience I know all of the recipes will be delicious. I can’t wait to make the cucumber mint lemonade! And the lightened up Ina Garten potato salad! Plus, the directions are great, his writing is entertaining, and the pictures are just beautiful. If you are interested in healthier recipes this book is a must!

I love this new recipe collection! I have books one and two, and this book relies on the same basic spice combinations, for 99% fat free turkey burgers. Only now he shows how to make these basic burger patties into simply delicious and irresistible burgers , I love the "Animal" and the "Reuben". My annoying non weight - watchers husband enjoys them too, even though he still claims (falsely) that turkey burgers aren't "real" because they don't contain beef. And all the burger recipes work very well with 93% fat free beef! I can't wait to try the copycat chik fil a Sandwich!

DELICIOUS!!
My 3rd cookbook, all different, all delicious! I expanded my spice inventory with his first book and keep using them. Who doesn't like burgers? Never thought of them as diet food, right? And these have so many layers of flavor! And once you make a sauce, dressing, spread, for a burger and have some left, keep it in your fridge and use it on ANYTHING! All the flavors in this book make your food so tasty!

Third cookbook by this guy. Well worth the money
Generally, I'm not a fan of cookbooks. Cookbook author and kitchen wizard Daniel Hallak is an exception. The cookbook follows the WW (Formerly Weight Watchers) plan, and is extremely helpful if you're trying to lose weight, on WW or not. To top it all off, Daniel is a great guy and an amazing cook. No I'm not related to him. Buy the book. You won't regret it.

Must have if you are a WW member or if you want to eat healthier
I have tried 3 recipes so far and they have been great ! As a WW member myself this book is a wonderful tool. This book us well written and I love Daniel Hallaks sense of humor. They recipes are easy to follow and the photos are nice.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT WW COOKBOOK
What a wonderful cookbook for anyone on WW! The recipes are "down to earth", easy to make, it uses ingredients that most people already have on hand, and real food! (I love his humor while reading the book. It makes cooking fun!). The book is beautiful ! Thank you Daniel for making it easy to stay on course!
