Awesome Computer
The thing absolutely rips. I got the 3060 TI option and I have no problem running any game at 144 FPS at 1440p. Also, the PC is almost silent - you can only hear it if you get up close to it.

Perfect
This thing is a beast, runs everything at max/ultra settings no problem. It came packaged extra safe! I normally don't leave reviews, but with something so expensive this seller gave me a wonderful experience!

So much faster than my old PC !!
No issues, worked great right out of the box.

Buyer Beware
I bought this as my PC abruptly died. I normally build my own every three to four years. This seemed a good deal, available, and from a company, Lenovo, I respect. I thought CUK was simply an authorized dealer. I also assumed it was factory new. It arrived promptly but while unboxing I had initial concerns:1. The carton was previously opened and resealed.2. The content label had the specifications inked out.3. It came with no printed literature just a PC, keyboard, and mouse.I went about setting it up and over the next day found I could not activate Windows, I could not register it with Lenovo, a working Windows Product ID could not be identified, and all Office apps would crash after running a few minutes. Reported these issues to seller but received no response until the next week.Worked with Microsoft and Lenovo through the rest of the week and weekend. Microsoft was unable to force uninstall Office let alone reinstall it. None of their repair utilities could touch it.Lenovo had their go at it. Their service Bridge would not even run on the PC. They decided it was borked beyond borked and sent me a Recovery USB that arrived the next Wednesday. The frankenchine is now running. The seller finally emailed the next week and said I could send it back. As I had hours invested in it and had sensitive and restricted employer information it I could not return it and was not sure what it might be replaced with. I had already lost a week of work.I am not sure what the seller’s business model is but in their own words:“We are a Lenovo service center (in addition to a couple other major manufacturers), so they do allow for us to modify the components. All of the items we install are brand new after market items in individually sealed packages. We sell any used components we have on our eBay listings. Your warranty on the upgrades we performed lasts for 3 years, and then the components originally provided by Lenovo retain their 1 year warranty. Would you like to have your PC brought in for a repair so that we can resolve this for you?”I guess Solomon will have to decide who repairs what if something else breaks. A real Frankenchine. And:“Our company model is to take base units of laptops and desktops and upgrade them to higher specifications. The base Legion that we purchased has a manufacturers part number of 90NC001SUS. The base unit originally came with an i7 10700F, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB NVMe SSD. We removed those components and upgraded them to the i9-10900F, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The components we installed are brand new after market components from a variety of manufacturers. When we complete the upgrades, we run SysPrep to enter Windows and stress test the unit to make sure the upgrades were operating correctly. Once the stress test is successfully completed, we reset it to an Out of Box Experience and package it for shipping.”I find their business practice befuddling.Although I thought it was, the frankenchine is still not registered and I cannot set a motherboard password. I can but then it will not boot. To boot, I must go into UEFI, enter the password I set, remove it, and then it will boot. The people I work for require the board be pass-worded and the drives be Bitlockered. Too afraid to go down that road for now.Anyway, I cannot recommend this seller. These are expensive products and should be tested and working. My suspicion is that these machines are other than factory new but rather from some other product channel. That said it is just my fear. I can say this purchase was a terrible out of box experience.Buy at your own risk, do your homework, read other reviews, and check out CUK’s BBB record. Me, I am going to start buying components and start building. Do it yourself, do it right.
