Suzie's Thin Cakes, Corn Quinoa And Sesame, 4.6 Oz (Pack of 3)

I've been trying to eat less gluten and was looking for something to fill the void in my life left by bread and wheat crackers. Enter: these cakes!They are crunchy (which means they make a good base for almond or peanut butter, like toast), they hold up under weighty dips (so you can load up on hummus or guacamole), they have a pleasant corn taste on their own (so you can sub them in for corn chips), and they are fat free with only 16 cals each (so you can eat a lot!). They're also thinner and smaller than a traditional rice cake, so they can do the job of a cracker as well.There are a lot of flavors of these and I've tried buying a few at Whole Foods, but I always end up coming back to this variety. Do check the in-store price before you buy, since online they tend to fluctuate a bit more, but overall this is a great buy.

I think thye re priced fairly high so many people will not indulge.

I ordered these thin cakes for my 7.5 month old. We have been doing a version of baby led weaning and previous rice cakes I had gotten were too thick and just didn't work well for him. I saw these recommended online and am very impressed with them. As an adult, the flavor isn't bad. It's not cardboardy, which is great. For our son, we have been giving him these with a spread on top - hummus, peanut butter... even purees - and he loves them. Between his sucking/chewing on them and the spread, they soften up really well making it easy for him to eat. I would definitely recommend.

The taste and calorie count is great; adding a much needed crunch to ones life. However!!!!!The packaging is terrible. They go stale in one day.Shame on you for such a stingy packaging solution.You’ve nailed it with a great product, ( I love the corn, quinoa and sesame) but I am disgusted with throwing away 3/4 of the package each time I open it. Please get your act together.

These are great for snacking by themselves or with one of your favorite toppings. Kitty enjoys them too.

I usually like these but the last two shipments have arrived stale and with no flavor whatsoever. I want a refund.

I love these so much put unable to get anymore. However I got the corn ones and they’re thinner but also good. I wish I could buy more of these as I really loved them for lunch I put tuna on them or whatever and they’re so low in calories and tasty!

All as advertised, will continue to buy.
