Just got this for a week, and used it twice, it’s really nice and easy to use, really good for 2 people to have a small hot pot and small grill .Super easy to clean after used. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: so I finally used it for adult hot pot night. It is in no way meant for a regular 110 outlet you absolutely need a 220 to use it to full potential. The whole time it kept kicking the power surge. You can only use one side at a time. After first use I noticed that it had developed some cracks in the metal I’m guessing around the area where the screws are judging by the look of it. Also the pot portion seem to be discoloring a little maybe due to the high heat. Overall very disappointed with this product. Do not buy.This just came in the mail today, there is a plastic film on the metal that covers the bottom you can remove most of it except for the parts that’s covered by the plastic covering. It is very cheaply made with very cheap metal. I would certainly not use this with children because there is a lot of exposed metal that gets very hot and it just seems like an accident waiting to happen with kids. It heats up extremely fast I would not recommend going higher than a number 2 on the heat dial. The safety feature to prevent over heating seems to be working as I did notice the power lights go off when the heat levels got to high as indicated in the instructions. There is a smell upon first use but I believe that is due to the plastic pieces that you can not reach to take off.

The media could not be loaded.  This was so fun to do with my 15 year old son, he thought he was a real chef! It was easy to use and easy to clean! I was not disappointed. We didn’t have any of the issues. This will also be perfect for a hibachi/hot pot date night!

This thing works awesome and is extremely simple to use. My only gripe is that the two temperature control cord units are really short. An extension cable helped remedy this but one would think that they would be at least 6 feet long. Something else to note is that any meats that have a sweet sauce or glaze on them will caramelize on the grill. A wet paper towel helped to just pop off the charred sauce. The nonstick coating works pretty well so far.

We love this. We have used it 4 times already. Love that you can do two soups at the same time.

Product started smoking from where cord plugs into device on first use for the grill side. The hotpot side worked fine until I turned on the grill side. Had to unplug fast to avoid any further hazards.

Works great but connects are a little loose

This grill cooks very fast , so much so that I get now why people were having issues with it. As with most heating or sound type stuff start very low and work your way up. The 1st time using it I figured okay 1 is not cooking so I went to 4 to get it started and it boiled over rapidly so I tend to use this for hotpot (thin stock with oil and water) at around 1 or half way to one at some point , do not leave it unattended as it does cook fast and at higher temps can boil over on the hotpot side. The grill side same sort of thing I was cooking strip steaks about half a cm thick and they would cook fully to well done(with some char) in around 1.5 minutes , which is where I personally love. This is a learning experience as with any new thing and I look forward to using it more often (it will be next to my shogi set when playing to have food and fun :) )If you like hotpots and BBQ than this might be a good

For me everything is perfect but the cleaning part, and also be careful with grille , you need leave window opening, or it smells all over in your house

Packaged came pretty roughed up. Almost seem like it was used. Upon inspecting it looked new but poorly packaged. Also, noticed 1 of the socket where you insert the power adapter was misaligned and the clear plastic around the base was peeling off on both sides. The plastic for the lid is cheap. Trying to put the lid knob on I had to cut excessive plastics to get the screw in.Tested the unit out to get rid of the initial burnt smell and noticed some smoke coming out of 1 of the power adapter but stopped after a while. Also heard some crackling sound. After using both hot pot and grill for the first time, half way through I heard poof from the power adapter as if a fuse blew then it stopped working. Swapped the adapter and determine 1 adapter was died.Cleaning the grill is bulky and a pain. You have to wash the whole unit together. Had to be careful not to get water in the unit. Wished the grill and pot were removable.I wouldn’t recommend this grill. The price is good compare to other units but it’s poorly made. I’ll be sending it back and getting a refund.

Its easy to set up, easy to use and easy to clean and is very light weight

The product is really good for hotpot at home but the cleaning of the product is just a hassle as the socket and the pan and pot cannot be separated. But overall it's a good product and we use it very often as my husband and me are both hotpot lovers.
