I had several problems with this unit. First, the "touch" is not so gentle. There are four nodes. Two are relatively soft. The other two are hard, and they protrude farther from the unit as the massager cycles. Painful if they hit the spine or any bone. And they do. Second, the unit is shaped like a somewhat deflated football due to the thick cushioning on the back side of the unit. Finally, the unit is designed to shut off after about 10 minutes or so to prevent overheating. It's a good feature, but 10 minutes is a bit short for a massage.

Solid design. Gel makes this soft enough to sleep on after auto shutoff. With only two movable parts, unlike many other massagers this has very little point of failure. Look forward to using it until the gels end of life.

Not impressed. I thought this would be soft and comfortable on my back and neck. It actually is hard and painful to use.

I was hoping the pillow would be bigger, but it is highly functional. I purchased it as present for someone with arthritis. He can place the pillow on his back area, shoulder, neck…etc and knees. It has straps, so that it can be used on many aching joints or tension relief.

Great for days when my neck or back are sore.

Stopped working after 2 weeks. Power wouldn't come on at all and would not charge.

This massager is great. Provides nice lumbar support, heat and massage. Nice portability.

I was excited about the gel, but it’s 2 pieces stuck on the end of the rotating arms. It makes it too pointy to lay on or even use on your lower back! Waste of $! I got a cheaper one that works amazing!
