One of this pair of solar lanterns worked perfectly fine straight out of the box. The other didn't work at all. So the quality and reliability is definitely very sketchy. I'd also like to be able to return just the one that's defective, but this doesn't seem to be allowed (both need to be returned). So, that's not great customer service either. All in all it's very disappointing, and there doesn't seem to be any interest in making it better. Just not good enough.

Lovely lights. One of the lights arrived dented but I was able to pull back the decorative framework by gently using a fork. It’s not effected the light at all and they both work well and look pretty at night. Definite bargain purchasing the two in comparison buying separately.

There was a small charge of energy when these were first delivered and they looked lovely when they lit up . I waited for better weather to put them outside but unfortunately it rained and they filled with water in the solar panel and will not light up now at all . Very disappointed .

When I first put these up they were so prettyBut after about 5 weeks they stopped working. I changed the batteries but they still didn’t light up. Very disappointed

Easy to hang up, no maintenance and they look lovely when the sun goes down. Would buy a few more of them!

After a couple of weeks one stopped working. I did like these lanterns so it’s a shame.

Like the Moroccan effect. Look beautiful over our pond. Reflection through the mirrors lovely
