This product was sold to me used. Didn't heat up..I am very disappointed especially that I was looking forward to receiving my new hair dryer.

So I loved this drier super hot and fast bought it in November for use In salon but fast-forward only 5 months and it doesn't even turn on very disappointed. First time a drier lasted less than a year.
