Unbelievable Hasbrowns!
These hash browns are so easy and so good! I think they’re far better than frozen and very very compatible to fresh but easy.

Perfect hash browns, safe for kidney diet
Because there are usually only 2 of us, we have issues with potatoes sprouting or going bad b4 we use them up.Also I have some physical limitations & grating can be an issue.Enter Idaho Spuds. No phosphates! (a no no for husband's kidney sparing diet, & in almost everything.)Does have mono & diglycerides & sodium bisulfite, but those are less of a problem.Sodium is a little high, but we don't cook with salt so this will dissipate to a lower concentration when served with other foods.EASY! Soaked in hot water at given proportions for 12 minutes, added some onions & garlic, heated canola oil (couple of Tbs. for 2 cups spuds) in a cast iron frying pan, tossed in potatoes, added a lid.Used fairly high heat to brown, then lowered to med to finish cooking interior, then turned burner off but left pan on it--that keeps things warm, maybe cooks a tiny bit more. Perfect hash browns!

Awesome hashbrowns!
I first bought these at Costco on a whim, didn't figure they would be great but wanted to give them a try. They are the best! Easy to rehydrate and they don't take long to cook and they really are delicious! Glad I can get them from Amazon!

No more shredded fingers!
These are the easiest potatoes to use if you need a lot of shredded potatoes for home fries or casseroles. I just place 3 or 4 cups in my salad spinner add warm water wait 15 minutes then spin them dry. Perfect for my hash brown casserole when I need big batch for holiday breakfast. I also do smaller batch for just home fries for 2 people. So much easier then shredding a lot of potatoes by hand! Salad spinner makes them dry after reconstituting and they have a good taste too.

Better than frozen.
These really are better than frozen. They do contain a lot of sodium though. I like the fact that they are easy to prepare. I used to use a little salt on my eggs for taste, now I use none just the hash browns. They cook up better than frozen also.

The most important potato product on the market today
Hey, do you like hash browns? But you don't want to spend all morning peeling and shredding potatoes, only to have them begin to oxidize before you can even get them in the pan? Well then, you need this product. You just pour the desired amount into a bowl, soak them in hot water for a few minutes, and they are ready to roll. Easy to cook with a bit of oil, and they taste great without having to add even a bit of salt and pepper. And because they're dried, they just sit in your pantry until you need them.
