Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: How to Combat Depression, Fear, Anxiety and Worry (Happiness Can Be Trained)

Not Worth the Paper It's Written On.
Disappointed. For any literature covering mental health topics, I would expect better spelling, grammer and less incomplete/ choppy writing. The ads in the book were a turn-off. The beginning of the book has a disclosure statement that the author is not an expert on the topic and his credentials are not signified on the book itself, but his Amazon profile claims that he is a psychologist. If he is indeed a psychologist, I would expect a more thorough and proper text on a mental health topic.

crap
Poorly written. This book is a scam. I would give zero stars if I could.

Unfortunate
I can't figure out if I am more upset about the $2.99 I spent on the book or the hour of my life I will never get back. The thoughts and structure were all over the place and it really wasn't even a good intro into CBT or provided any useful strategies to manage fear and anxiety. Sorry but you could do better.

Nah
I thought this was going to be a self help book. Instead it’s 20 plus mins describing the reasons for depression and the remainder about goals and what to tell “the patient”

Learned s couple of things
Not very well written but if you are looking for a very basic intro to cbt there are a few good things in here to learn, also it’s a super quick read
