Our dog loves this. She likes to play catch but when we bring out the ball blaster, she looses her mind. I don't know what it is about it but it is her most favorite toy. Some complain that it doesn't last, the rubber band inside breaks. Well, we've had that happen but rubber bands aren't meant to be permanent. The harder and faster you pull back on the cocking device, the faster it will probably break. We've had this one for more than a year and it sees daily use. Because it is the smaller version, we use it inside the house and inside our RV. Our pup expects it everyday. I will say that when used outside, the tennis balls collect grit that ends up inside the gun but you can usually shake the grit out or a quick flush of water will solve the problem. The value of not getting hurt by throwing a ball too hard to damage your shoulder (we know those who have done that), makes this dog toy worth the price even if the rubberband breaks and you have to buy a new launcher.

My son (fur baby) loves this ball launcher. This is my 5th time buying it because he always wants to play with it. Plays at least 6 times a day with this. I love how it includes the balls as well

I have to replace the balls because they were all broken after several plays. The gun is fun though.

Our dog, a border collie, chewed the balls to pieces in less than 5 minutes. You would think a toy made for dogs would be able to stand up to some chewing.

I originally bought this toy for my husband to play with our dachshund. It quickly turned into a "mommy/ daughter" toy. We play with the Nerf gun every night for a half hour after dinner, me shooting balls down the hallway and her sprinting after them. My walls are dinged and I don't even care, she loves it so much. She hates going for walks so this is her main source of exercise. She looks forward to this every single day and I'm so happy I bought this stupid gun.

We have an active dog that likes to play fetch, my arm couldn't keep up with him. This shoots the balls for me and the dog gets to run. Great quality and price.
