This is now my favorite paleo type pancake mix! I’ve tried Bob’s Red Mill, Birch Bender’s, and almond flour. This mix is so hearty! I can eat 2 pancakes and be good well past lunch time! I like the heavy consistency more than other mixes I’ve tried and I’m really pleased with the flavor as well. The price here is really good compared to getting it in stores where I’ve found it. Highly recommend!

These pancakes are delicious! I follow a mediterranean diet, so I tried to eat very healthy all the time. I also like to treat myself with healthy but delicious pancakes. These ones are amazing. Even my daughter loves them! I drizzle some homemade fruit syrup on top. Yummy!

I mainly decided to purchase this mix because I was excited it advertised it was vegan. It doesn’t tell you, however, that it requires eggs to actually make. To me there are just as healthy, better tasting, and more affordable non-vegan mixes that I’d buy again over this.

I love this stuff! great taste and texture. They dont have a weird taste or texture like most other GF mixes out there.
