Q: Would a Dryrobe fit in this?

Yes,just amazing. You can submerge this as long as you follow the instructions and turn the top over and secure it. To be honest unless you put something very heavy in it it won’t actually submerge as the air you leave in it makes it float.

Q: How are the seams sealed? Are they sewn or RF?

I think the seams are glued not sewn.

Q: Is the 20l big enough for 2 adult's & 2 children's swim kits (towels, goggles & suits etc..)?

I think that may be a squeeze if you are putting 4 large towels and other items in the 20L bag. Is there a next size up you could go for? If you had said just for 2 adults, I would say it would be ideal. The bags should not be filled to the top, as you need to roll it down to seal it closed.
