I have gone though a few chair types over the past 18 months, and I really wanted something that didnt push into my legs at awkward spots. I was also looking for a chair where my tush could comfortably sit back in the chair and not feel like Im going to slip off the front. The cushion is OK, firm but comfortable. I will see how it holds up.But it actually has a back massager built in! there appears to be a reference to it, but I was unclear. the little cable to the side, you can plug it to a USB port or power-bar and the massage begins. Its actually really nice, not too strong, just right.I did add-on extra wheels. Since I have wood floors, I wanted a wheel that would not scratch the floor. Plus they look cuter.

First of all, I received my package in about five days and it was missing several parts. It was easy to tell the box had been opened before. The last customer probably didn't bother to put everything back. Amazon gets an "F" on that. They just re-shipped it to me!But, this is a product review, so here goes: This chair gets an A+. I was able to assemble it in half an hour and am very pleased with the results.I'm 6'3" and about 300 lbs. This chair is made for me and also made for much bigger people. I have the chair height set as low as it can go. I was pleasantly surprised--the chair must be made for NBA players. Also, the width can truly handle a 400 lb person. I have plenty of room to spare.The back massager is pretty good, not great. But, I did not buy the chair for that. It was just an added bonus.Long story short, I wholeheartedly recommend this chair to big and tall people. It's very sturdy and well-built.

No, this isn't the biggest chair out there, but it will do fine for now. I am 6' 1" and when I lean back my feet no longer touch the ground. I weigh around 350lbs and fit fine in the chair. It feels really sturdy too.Pros:Big enough and wide enough.A sturdy and heavy base.Adjustable height on the armrest.Recline feature.Zero anxiety sitting in this chair (No fear of it breaking).Cons:Not the most comfortable chair.You might need two people to help assemble the chair. I did. I needed someone to hold the back while it was attached to the seat.The wheels don't look like they'll last a long time.Other:I haven't tried the massage feature and I do not intended on using it.

The instructions are all just pictures, which is great sometimes because of the grammar on some instructions.Under the right side of the seat is a pouch to hold a power bank to plug into the massager, it comes with a power extension cord to go to the power bank or connect to the computer. The instructions do give one warning, if you have it hooked to your USB in the computer, be careful not to push back and watch you laptop/computer come with you!It easy very easy to assemble, but when putting the support on the back of the chair part and then connecting to seat, make sure you have a dining table height area that you can but the seat upside down on. Then attach the back seat part; some of the holes were not aligned perfectly, so you will have to move the back seat part and screw down into the insert.The chair is awesome for my needs; I have not hooked the massager up yet.

Gas lift cylinder failed after about 4 months. Cannot maintain desired chair height because gas cylinder self "deflates". Warranty is only 3 months. Tried multiple times contacting customer service with no response.To overcome this, tried installing a ring clamp around the gas cylinder shaft. Did not hold....slipped. Just installed a shaft clamp on the gas cylinder shaft, and it appears to be holding. I bought the shaft clamp on Amazon: Climax Metal 2C-100-S T303 Stainless Steel Two-Piece Clamping Collar, 1" Bore Size, 1-3/4" OD, With 1/4-28 x 5/8 Set Screw. Had to buy 1" 1/4-28 cap screws to be able to join the two halves of the clamp and tighten up. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to do this.Regarding the chair cushion - the padding is poor and not very comfortable and it creaks like the cushion support system is ready to snap or fail.....and, I weigh only 220 lbs. Ridiculous".All of these problems appeared in 4-6 months after purchase. Garbage product!!

I'm 6'00 & about 400lbs and rocking a larger than normal caboose on this big girl train. I've bought multiple chairs only to be disappointed time and again. Not wide enough or in most cases the seat is not deep enough. Chair seats press on the backs of my thighs causing leg cramps or lower back pain because I can't scoot back far enough to utilize the lumbar support. This chair has solved all these issues and more. Rolls nicely on the wheels provided, the base is sturdy and the arm rests are comfortable. Would Absolutely purchase again.

I got this specifically because I wanted more cushion for my backside. I'm about 190lbs, figured the weight rating would provide more padding and I was right. Although the chair seat is fairly large (might have to update my computer desk), the adjustable handles work like a gem and the lumber massager, while limited in strength, works and can be soothing. Easy set up. A former reviewer said something about the assembly and they were right. If you follow the instructions, it's a two person job. If you wish to do it yourself, set up the seat and the L backing bracket first then work on everything else. It will save you a lot of stabilizing trouble putting it together. It's an upgrade and for the price, while it looks steep, you'll thank yourself as this investment to comfort will be beneficial in the long run.

While this chair is certainly oversized, the seat cushioning is sub-par. Not only that but out of the box the piston was not working. The chair is usable, but I can't raise and lower it and the seat is uncomfortable. I replaced the rollers with the rubber type, so it would move more easily too.All in all, stay clear of this product. It's not worth the money or headaches.
