Beautifully packaged and then silk pyramids all add to the sensory experience of this tea which is perfectly balanced in flavour. Def getting again also as a gift for my son who grew up in Macclesfield (where tea packaged)!

Not had lapsang shuchong in a long while vry Smokey tea

I adore the Smokey flavour of Lapsang Souchong and this brand doesn’t disappoint on that front. Beautiful.It’s a real shame therefore that 4 of the 5 bags I’ve had so far from the packet have split when removing the label to prepare the cup.Yeah you can save the day with a strainer, but if I wanted loose tea I’d have bought that instead of paying a premium for silky pyramids.

Trying to cut down on my coffee consumption, I was trying out some different teas, and came across this supplier of Lapsang black teas. My memories of this tea was of a stronger smoky tea, whereas this version proved to be more mellow.
