Great product, poor packaging
Love these picks but the a packed in a baggies and can get crushed and crack in shipping. Next time I'll probably order with something that will come is a box. These picks cover your finger nails and protect them. They do not sit partially under you finger nail as Alaska style picks do. Small is a tight fit for ladies who where a size 7 ring but still comfortable.

The first fingerpick that has worked for me
My job prevents me from growing my fingernails out, which means I need a fingerpick that works. I've tried regular steel fingerpicks, alaska piks, and acrylic nails. None of them left me satisfied. This is the first fingerpick I've used that stays on for long enough periods of hard playing without needing adjustment, doesn't feel awkward on your fingers, feels natural to play with, and sounds great. The only con I can think of is that my fingers get sweaty in them after playing for awhile, and they are a little snug in order to stay on (no different than a thumb pick).I have long, skinny fingers and I got the medium size originally. While it did fit on my finger, I had to jam it really far up there to get it to stay, and it just felt awkward and uncomfortable. I thought it was just another waste of a fingerpick but then I ordered the smalls just to be sure and they are perfect. Make sure you get the right size. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t be happier!
These are perfect for my needs. I have tremors and my finger grip is awful in my right hand. I simply can’t hold on to regular picks. I have been wearing down my fingernail over and over and never achieving a full sound. I wish I would have found these sooner. I thought they were a little expensive but worth a try. I’m so glad I took the chance. I will be purchasing these again in the future. The top of my index finger is a little sensitive because I’ve been using them nonstop since they arrived but it’ll develop a callus and be fine. The point is that I can play without frustration again. My hands aren’t dainty for a female and the small fits fine. A bit snug but at least I know the pick isn’t going anywhere. I believe the medium would be too big.

Clawhammer banjolele
These are perfect as I learn to play clawhammer on my baritone banjolele!

Gals, go one size down
I’m a petite adult woman with average-sized hands and fingers. I wear size medium in women’s gloves and ring sizes 4.5-6.5 (pinky to index). I bought these Fred Kelly Delrin picks in a size small, and they are PERFECT. I wouldn’t want to size up at all. These are definitely sized using men’s fingers as the default, so my fellow ladies, adjust accordingly — go one size down from your women’s glove size. If you wear a size small in women’s gloves, I recommend you try something else, as very petite fingers won’t be able to use these — they’ll slip right off.

So-so
I bought large and small. No matter, even after boiling in water, they hurt. Going to try boiling again. Still, the sound I get from my fingers alone, is nicer than that of a plastic pick.

Just what I was looking for.
I play classical/fingerpicking guitar but also have a farm, and cannot keep my nails long. These are exactly what i was looking for. I have slender fingers and the small size fits really well (slightly tight, I’ll probably resize them with hot water). Love!!
