The shower extender works great. Very modern looking fits our environment perfectly.

This was easy to install. The handle broken, probably because of the kids usage. However, I contacting the company and they wanted to get a new handle to me as fast as possible. They were very responsive and I appreciated them working on fixing the problem, not giving me the run around.

We had plumber install faucet for bathroom renovation. I saw foundation wet near bathroom wall a month after installation and called plumber back out. Plumber found faucet supply line was leaking near coupling but it is now after return period.Update: Seller saw review and contacted me to make purchase right. They sent replacement supply lines free of charge and plumber installed yesterday. I updated star rating because seller is proactive in trying to make purchase right. Currently at 3 stars but will upgrade if after a month no problems with new lines. I do give seller credit for offering to fix issue.-Update July 2022Seller provided replacement line has held and so far no issues with new supply line on faucet. I have upgraded star rating because the seller was very proactive in reaching out to me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. So if considering purchase, know that support for this product, at least in my experience, was much better than what I have received for major brands. Overall impression is that defects can happen in the manufacturing process but excellent customer service makes the difference. This seller really wanted to make the transaction right and did so by quickly replacing part.

stand alone bath tub faucet. my only choice for my freestanding tub. i refused to pay $3000 for a Delta faucet so went the affordable route. this product is working fine— the plumber who did the install tightened the supply line too much or the supply line simply failed. Cocktap— the distributor for this/my particular product made sure i had the right part and that my leak was fixed and my bath tub filling again. He really cared. i felt it and so recommend this product and customer service 100%

Replaced another brand that broke. Fits very nice looks and feels durable. Then the old one we had to replace we paid 600.00 for the old one. Excellent price.

The faucet is beautiful, yet it takes a long time to fill a tub to take a bath.I would have given 5 stars if the water flow wasn't so low.To the owner:Is there any way to increase the water flow? It takes forever to fill out the Bathtub. The water loses lots of heat while waiting to fill. My sink faucet has more water output than this tub filler. Please help!

I purchased this as an open box. Not quite sure what to expect. Although there were some missing parts, the product itself is beautiful and well made. Even though this was an Amazon product, the company was willing to replace the missing parts which is a definite plus and says a lot about the company and the product

We got this for our bathroom, and I am not totally happy with it; it has a great design, is very modern, and I love the matte finishing. However, it does not seem to be too sturdy.

They are worth the money looks awesome

First I received it after a long time even though i was supposed to be advised of the shipping date. The product is good however, the pipes are short and a gasket was missing so I had to go the store and buy the part with the gasket which cost me a lot. The water flow is really weak. The price is very good and it comes with its issues.
