Gems won't come out, very disappointed.

I would not recommend this product. The gems are incredibly difficult to get out. It only works 50% of the time when an adult assist. The reason we purchased this was because you can use in your hair, on your body or on accessories. But the reality is without serious pressure from the back piece you have no hope of getting the gem off its track. Disappointing toy.
