This is a great pen. It feels quality, looks quality and writes quality. The flow of ink to the roller ball is faultless. No smudging, and almost a fountain pen quality without the fiddly bits. The design of the pen is modern and functional. I've also got the matching Ballpoint pen, which is also a dream.For the price, its not your everyday pen, but its well worth £25 of anyones money. Cross have a great reputation, and a great guarantee (although not used it) in that if the pen is defective because of manufacturing whenever the fault occurs, Cross will replace it.Buy one, you wont be disappointed.

The heft and solidity of this remarkably good value pen are outstanding. I have given several as presents, but guard my own jealously. I love the colour (it helps me avoid losing it!), but above all I love the way it sits in my hand. I use this in preference to my Mont Blanc.

Unfortunately because there was no ink cartridge supplied had to order separately and what I ordered did’t fit (don’t k ow why)

There is nothing to match a fountain pen and this was a good starter pen

This is a weighty, good looking fountain pen with a nice nib. The ink seems to flow reasonably well. My only small criticism would be the grip is a bit slippy slidey

The weight of the pen is good for my hand. Getting a new refill into the pen was/is tricky, but only because the printing in the instruction manual that came with the pen manual is very small? Mike S.
