Touch base burner, touching the base switches it off and does 3 different brightness settings which is a nice touch.

The burner don't melt wax. Won't be buying from seller again
Doesn't produce enough heat to melt the wax, the wax sits there like rock. total waste of money.

Recieved Glass dish broken in package so can not use to Melt waxes not able to gift as planned.

Not packaged safely enough
Honestly sad as it is I felt as shattered as the lamps 😥 This was a treat well deserved one may I add one for me one for mummy's birthday..... was like a big kid at Xmas waiting and then it gets here all excited and delighted with life and boom sad I love my melts and I just wanted something nice for meSent it back weeks ago and still haven't heard a thing and as I'd to pay the shipping 🙃 I'm down the money for getting one and sending it back and no one answers my emails very disappointing
