Complete waste of money
Protect Your Bubble insurance is a complete waste of time and money. If the product is under a year old they won’t help you. They tell you to speak to Amazon. Amazon only has a 30 day policy which is fine. So if you have a problem between 30 days and 12 month on the product you have basically no cover. The insurance company is complete rubbish and isn’t worth the email it is sent on. I wish I could put NO stars

Only covers damage not product stop working and awful communication
Bought this cover for a new humidifier, a little over a year later I cleaned it as normal and it suddenly stopped working. Insurer sent a ridiculous email that was almost unreadable, the words were mixed with endless code and random characters. They assumed it was a manufacturer fault and told me to go back to the manufacturer. I had not realised the cover was only for accidental damage, I assumed it was an extended warranty including accidental damage, my fault for not checking but regardless the quality of "customer service" was very poor.
