Arcadia, our organic blend, is a balanced harmony between the taste of the Brazilian Arabica, the notes of the best Indian Robusta and the best cherries from Mexico. It has a dense hazelnut texture, a light toasted aroma, with hints of vanilla. Balanced body with excellent roundness. Fruity notes of dried fruit. The acidity notes prevail over bitter notes. Excellent persistence and cream. The name of this blend was chosen with reference to Arcadia, the Greek region where, according to literary tradition, man lived in simplicity and in complete harmony with nature.
