I bought this hair dryer brush a couple weeks ago and checked the manual for more information about what the bristles are made of. Unfortunately this information was not available under Amazon's product description.So I contacted the company directly and after 2 weeks, they responded by saying this:'Really sorry for letting you wait so long. Regarding your question, I had double-confirmed with our product specialist.Kindly be advised that the material is a mixture of pig bristles and artificial bristles.'This product is not suitable for people with certain religious beliefs and also those who are vegans. Sadly I will be returning this product!

The most positive things that I can say about this brush hairdryer are the following: 1. Concept of combined hair brush and dryer is a great tool. It does help style the hair with a straight and/or curled under look easier than using a separate brush. 2. Love the color of the hairdryer. The cons of this hairdryer are the following: 1. Three temperature settings. Two of them are scorching hot. One of them is very hot. 2. When I am styling my hair, and try to guide the brush with my other hand toughing the brush and my hair, there is SO MUCH HEAT that it feels like my hand is over an open flame. When I touch my hair, it is steaming hot. I know if my hair and the brush unit is too hot to touch, this cant be good for my hair, and will eventually damage my hair. It feels hotter on my hair that a flat iron. SO I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE THE HEAT FEATURE IS TOO HOT.

I have pretty fine long hair to my lower back, this dries my hair within a few minutes and leaves it feeling silky soft. I need some practice with the angles to get a fuller more blow dried look but could see this working well. My only complaint is I still have a bit of frizz at the end, no where near as much when using a normal hair dryer and I think will be even less if I use an anti frizz product before drying my hair with the brush.

I have thick wavy hair, the normal hairdryer and brush takes ages to give me a nice finish and my arm aches after a while, with this it took me about 15/20 minutes to dry and style, its very light and easy to use. Its a brilliant product. If you have shorter hair you might be better buying one with smaller brush but for long hair its quicker to have this product with the big brush.I wish I bought this sooner, only used once so I cannot comment on how long it would last.

I have lots of fine straight shoulder length hair that dries quite quickly and does not get oily. I cannot do waves or curls with this brush as the curcumference is so large, but it is good for finishing off drying. This brush is good for shaping the bottom and giving bounce to my hair on the days it does not need washing, as I tend to wash my hair as it gets out of shape rather than because it is dirty.

I tried out this product. Having high hopes after reading some of the great reviews. But this product didn't straighten or curl my hair. And for it to dry my hair I had to have only a few strands of hair. Not small sections like was suggested. I was at it for almost 2 hours drying my hair. But it certainly didn't style it. Don't waste your money. Better off with a hairdryer and straighteners/curler

I found the handle too big for me and the brush It’s good value tho if you want one like this
