I would like to give this more stars, because it does work for CNH, but it has issues. It is very small, like a scatter cushion you would have on your sofa. It is also very hard, it does not give at all. If you can put up with a stiff neck each morning, then it will help with CNH. I used it for a while, but in the end made my own from a standard pillow. Just empty the filling, cut and sew up a circular hole, refill. Works a treat.

This is too hard to sleep on for me, evan though it does work, my ear is much better but when I get up in the morning my neck hurts. But it is worth putting up with a bad neck to get rid of my painful ear.

Highly overpriced. Even half the price would have been too much. It was no better than others I had bought over the years for less than half the price of this. Realised too late to send it back.

The customer service at UK-Car Direct was excellent, we had a small problem which was very quickly resolved. Would definitely use this company again. Really good quality product.

Pressure sore on ear,

machine stitching was on wrong side and rubbed my ear. Company refused to offer any consolation when I told them and said there was no money back as I had tried it but I would not have known it was going to rub on my ear if I had not tried it. Very expensive and a complete waste of money

The pillow does its job very well.
