I liked it when it worked. Registered and received confirmation of 1 year warranty. Sent 2 emails in 2 weeks to support so far to see how I can get it replaced. I have yet to hear back. Would not buy from Nektek. These massagers are sold by several folks. Pass the word. No support, no purchase. Will be getting another from someone else.Updated:3/17After Posting this review, Nektek support reached out because of the negative review. I responded with nothing in return. I responded again, and this time I got a response stating they never got my other emails. After a few timely back an forths, they offered me a full refund or a new unit. I opted for the new unit. It arrived within 2 days. As of today, it is working like it should. I added a star for the promptness of the support once they contacted me. I will only give it 4 stars due to the fact the unit stopped working after less than 9 months. I do appreciate the no questions asked support request. As of today, I am happy with my massager.

I bought 2, the original and this one. I am a petite person and found that the originals fit me better so I’m giving this one as a gift.

I had an older model of this and I love it. I got tired of my wife monopolizing it so I got another one. The newer model still works pretty well but they length of the straps your arms go in is way too long even on their shortest setting for me and I have normal length arms for someone who is 5'10". Other than that it is a little difficult to get the amount of downward force I might like it definitely does the job.

I like this product but is a bit heavy for me.

I didn't know what to expect when I got this or if it would work. After using it multiple times I must say neck feels so much better. It is a bit clunky, but it works for me. I have had several disks fused, C4-6, and this massager is amazing.

I do wish the heating was a little more intense. But the massage does have a nice pressure that you can easily control by slowly holding it where you want it ..and pull forward for more intensity or where you need it to “dig” in.It is warm.. it feels good. But I like a deeper heat, so maybe that’s just me. Maybe an adjustable heating feature would be ideal? The massage is pretty good though.

My friend had one of these and after using it, I went straight to Amazon to look for one to buy it, it's a great little massager, really loosens up your neck muscles and releases a lot of tension. I have back and neck problems where my whole upper back side locks up and I'm in a lot of pain and can barely move because I have lost fuild in a lot of my vertebrae and this device really helps me be able to get back my range of motion at least in my neck and some in my back. If you're looking for a back massager I might look elsewhere but for your neck it works great!

I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loved it. The heat was such a nice added bonus.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s got a strong massage setting that feels great, the warming feature is a nice addition for sore muscles. You have to be careful where you are lining it up because the massage balls are very solid and have no give so you can definitely injure yourself. I’d say those are all pretty expected issues to have with a home massage device of any kind because they’re one-size-fits-all. The annoying issue that is specific to this product only, is the adjustable straps. I honestly use this massager much less often that I would otherwise because of them. GET THE MODEL WITHOUT THE ADJUSTABLE FEATURE. The way they are made, it is too easy to slip the metal piece in and more importantly OUT of the loops for the different height settings for the straps. So even while you’re just sitting there, being massaged, if you even *think* about moving your arm, the strap slips out of the loop and you have to fix it. This is the opposite of relaxing. (See video/photo). I would also say the cord to plug it in is very short so you do have to use an extension cord or sit quite close to an outlet, would be nice if it had a battery feature.UPDATED REVIEW: while there is the nuisance of the straps potentially slipping if you move around, I will say that the customer service of the company is amazing. First of all, I did not realize that there is a 1 year warranty on their products - fantastic. Second, they are extremely communicative, and value customer service highly - not something that’s easy to find these days, and not something I expected. I am honestly very impressed with them and am so pleased. They actually READ their reviews and care about their customers and what their experiences are. They reached out to me to apologize and make right what my concern was and even offered me a new massager! That’s really over and above. If you’re looking for any massagers this is the company to deal with!

I enjoyed the massager as it gives a strong massage and the heat helps relax the muscles, then after 5 months I was having a problem with it, the company reached out to me very quickly and said they would replaced it. It has been replaced, and I'm enjoying it again. Thank-you Neckteck!

I was skeptical about the massager but after two hours, I am hooked. It is nearly perfect and was able to make an impact on knots that I have had for ages. I will buy this, or a newer model, again. I have tried so many other options out there and have found nothing this effective in the personal massager choices. It is completely portable and much lighter than i expected. You have to try this.

Esta muy bien. Se ve de buena calidad hasta ahorita, lo tengo desde hace dias y lo he usado unas 10 veces. Algo grande pero hace buen masaje. Sin peros al momento. Masaje fuerte y con calor en caso de requerirse.
